Large-Scale Neural Modeling software (LSNM)
LSNM is a simulator of large-scale neural dynamics of the human brain. LSNM uses structural connectome data and neurophysiological data from empirical studies. LSNM produces simulated neural activity of neuronal populations as well as simulated neuroimaging time-series. Please see LSNM's Wiki pages for documentation:

1. Embedding task based neural models into a connectome based model of the cerebral cortexand
2. Incorporating the connectome into large-scale neuro-computational models to simulate neuroimaging experiments of short-term memorySection on Brain Imaging and Modeling
